The current focus in my work is the interplay between repetition and variation, through the use of line, texture and depth. Firing my pieces in a soda kiln, I find I can explore these concepts on an infinite level. I create wheel thrown and altered functional and decorative pieces using stoneware and porcelain clays. Thank you for visiting my blog; a glimpse of my inspirations, discoveries, thoughts, struggles and successes that I come across as a potter.

Beautiful Fall sunset. The moon has been very cool from my Sierra NV view too.
Beautiful! I like the moon's little highlight!
